What counts. What starts the clock.

Three official results. One rolling twelve-month window. The standards behind the project.

Project 200 has three performance targets. Each needs its own official competition result.

01 / The run

Run five kilometres in under 20:00 in an official race on an accurately measured course. A treadmill effort or a GPS-only training run does not validate the target.

02 / The swim

Swim 1,500 metres freestyle in under 20:00 in an official pool competition. Record the pool length alongside the result so the conditions remain clear. A swimrun leg or a swim using paddles or a pull buoy does not validate the target.

03 / The bench

Complete a successful bench press of at least 160 kg in a sanctioned competition, following that competition’s judging rules. The result should identify the federation, equipment category and bodyweight.

The twelve-month window

All three qualifying performances must fall within twelve consecutive months. The first qualifying result starts the window. If that performance falls outside the window before the other two are achieved, that discipline needs another qualifying performance.

Twelve months is the maximum span. Bringing the results closer together is part of the ambition.

The record

Each completed target will be recorded with its date, event, result and a link to the official results. Until then, the scoreboard remains open.
